Out of curiosity...just wondering if anyone has at times tried different ways of stimulating energy flow? The thought comes to mind from something I was poking once a long while back... If any of you have ever had the original thing done to you in grade school this method is going to sound pretty familiar.

What I'd do is open my hand with the palm facing up and then trace lightly with a finger tip or nail from each finger to the center of the palm several times for each finger and then hold my other hand above it to let it flow or form energy between my two hands.

If it sounds familiar to something done in grade school, it should. The way the grade school version would originally get finished is by the individual tracing a line lightly from each finger to the palm several times -- then they act as if pulling a string out from the center of your palm. Which usually had the guinea pig going "that feels funny" while it's happening.

Has anyone else tried anything else they'd like to share? I'd be interested to find out different ideas and experiments.
