I can't sleep. I have started taking a melatonin supplement . . . apparently, my pineal gland doesn't want to make its own . . .gggr.
Has any one tried melatonin supplementation? Did it work?
It’s too soon to tell if it will help me.
I seriously need to sleep, because the world seems a bit wonky, right now.

I have to disappoint you in that.
Let's hope for you it does work but there are many ways to improve your sleep. To little sleep can lead to low energy levels not goooood. _________________ who dares not speak his free thoughts is a slave.Euripides |

Yes, but I'm trying not to abuse OTC drugs. I like my neurotransmitters to find their correct receptor sites. I want my neurons to synapse. _________________ "I can calculate the motions of the heavenly bodies, but not the madness of people."

Sience can be fun to talk about it depends upon the subject which it is about. Some topics have caught my attention. _________________ who dares not speak his free thoughts is a slave.Euripides |

I used to have issues falling asleep, really, really bad.
Oddly enough, I did some Feng Shui with my general sleeping arrangement. I don't know.... it could all be headology or something, but I've been sleeping a lot better... that and the nifty new thing I got for Christmas that allows me to fall asleep to the sound of rain. It's magnificent. _________________ Ein Wunder hier... ein Traum gleich dort... |

Tylenol P.M. does put you out in a while, but you'll have to overdose, which you shouldn't do, to fall asleep and sleep forever, but Advil Nighttime or Advil P.M., the liquid release gell-caps, just 2 of those will make you really drousy, where you feel nausitated and sick because you don't want to fall asleep, but when you lie down and close your eyes, you feel better and the symptoms go away when you sleep lol
Those work for me. _________________ "Always be open-minded or let yourself waver underneath the truth." |
