Gather a Chalice and fill it with Milk . . .

Think of one or several attributes that would be in the Mother’s Milk.
Her Milk would contain elements that would nourish your spirit.
Would it contain Beauty, Abundance, Confidence, Joy?
Imagine these elements swirling around in the Mother’s Milk . . .
Imagine these elements swirling around as you consume them, taking them into yourself. . .

Pour the milk into the chalice . . . In the Chalice is the Mother’s Milk.

What is in her Milk? . . . Drink that from the chalice, drinking half the milk.

In the Mother’s milk is your Soul, . . . Drain the chalice.

I will drink from her Daily.
While every breath we take is imperfect, every breath we take is both good and Divine.

The Mother opens my Eyes to all Truths I need to see,
Truths both harsh and sweet.
She heals the damage in my Soul, and gives me faith in the goodness of the days ahead.
