sex is an emotion(feeling)when the need for it is low then it becomes psychological in most cases.
Sex relaxes the body so it becomes easier to let the energy flow thru your body feeling alive.
But unfortanally it has been over 3months the not sleeping so good is only part of it. Low energy can lead to negative thoughts this leads to badhabits to come again.
And i need the energy but most likely i am living in the wrong country for that and i can't remain to keep smilling with woman they are pushing it to far.

I believe the need for sex can be overcome with enough self discipline and if enough thought is put into it. Sure it isn't pleasant to go without it for extended periods of time but, we can get through it. And as you said it's psychological so I think the low energy is more so stemmed from that then the actual act of having sex and releasing energy.

You can say that when you have someone,but for single ppl it's not an option. To control negative energy which get's build up sex give let's lose a toxin in the brain which the body needs which what controls emotions. And by that gives of the energy one needs you could read a 100 books on tantra but without practice you can't control it.

I concur. It seems more so now than when I was younger.
When I was younger, I never wanted it, and the BF was always crawling up my legs trying to get it. Now, its vice versa.
And he did say, "When you get older, I will make you pay for many nights spent having a girlfriend, but still having to go home with my hand."
I guess I should have been more giving in my youth. LOL
Because he does make me pay, LOL.
In any case, I am accustomed to getting my way--so --LOL.
