· Focus on a star, it can be an exercise in stargazing or using an object fashioned in the shape of a star, such as a crystal or a pentacle.

· Choose a fear, a problem, a personal trait or an inner block about yourself that you wish to cleanse away during this ritual. Such as removing a negative self image or being impatient.

· Close your eyes and imagine that far out in a distant Galaxy, The Goddess set aside a specific star just for you. A Healing Star.

· Send your Inner Block out into the distant Galaxy, traveling out to your Healing Star.

· Imagine this Star Kissing this Inner Block, changing it into a gift of pure white light to be bestowed upon you. The Gift of the Goddess.

· Meditate and allow this pure cleansing light to flow into you. Allow yourself to absorb the Gift of the Goddess.
