Research.... Ah ok..

I'm thinking we need to break it down..

Ok I realize we have sections already, but more broken down and then give everyone a section to think of questions for.

Sensing energy- Are you able to sense the energy of others around you? Are you able to sense your own energy? Are you able to sense the energy of animals? Trees/plants? etc... are you able to differentiate various types of energy from one another or are they all similar....

Are you able to shield? Do your shields protect you effeciently enough? Is your shield something you visualize? Is your shield similar to a brick wall? An iron gate? A huge bubble? A tree? A metal encasing? etc... When you shield do you feel the sheild around you physically? Does it interfere with your ability to intake energy? How long are you able to maintain a shield? Do you subconsciously shield without thinking about it?

Are you able to ground energy effeciently? Does your technique in grounding involve visualization? Are you sitting, standing, or either when you ground? When grounding do you imagine the excess energy flowing down thru your legs and out the bottom of your feet? Do you have other ways you ground energy? Does grounding inhibit the intake of your energy or can you do both simultaneously? When grounding do you feel different than usual, or tingly at your feet or wherever you are expelling the energy thru?

When percieving energy, do you have physical symptoms such as tingliness in your hands, etc? Do you use visualization when percieving energy? Does the energy you percieve appear weightless as if it defies gravity? Does it emcompass an individual and work its way to you when feeding down small chains/tendrils/whatever? Are you able to sense the presense of others without the aid of sight/hearing/smell? Are you able to sense the energy of earthy things like trees? Are you able to pull energy from earthy type things? How about bodies of water? Ponds, creeks, rivers, oceans, seas, hail, rain, storms? Lightening? Air? Wind? Fire? Smoke? etc... Are you able to find a sense the energy of animals? When sensing the energy of people, do you find they feel what you are doing?

Are you able to sense or see auras? Do you see auras in terms of colors? Do they sometimes have shapes differnet from their owners? Do they sometimes seem liquid or stone like? Are there bubbles, lumps, or textures? do you feel that an aura is part of the soul? Is your aura best described in terms of color, texture, etc? Is your aura close to your body or at a distance from you? How far is that distance?

Are you able to sense ambient energy? Does this energy seem to gravitate towards you even without your pulling it to you? Is it possible that this energy is being pulled to you subconsciouly without your meaning to do so? Does ambient energy have its own taste/feel/smell to you? Do you consciously feed on ambient energy? Does is appear to keep you sated for at least a day?

Are you able to travel astrally by means of astral projection or some similar out of body experience? Do you encounter other beings/entities/spirits/etc while in the astral realm? Do you find yourself speaking to these entities or do they speak to you? Do you ever feel as if you are in danger in the astral realm? Do you feed from those that inhabit that realm? Do you feel that the entities that are in the astral realm have feelings and know when their energy is beign taken? Do you feel it is ethical to feed via astral realm? Do you use visualization techniques to enter the AR? How long do you stay there when visiting AR? What type of entities do you encounter while there?

Do you have empathy? Does your empathy cause you problems by causing you to take on others emptions around you? Do you actively try to sheild yourself from the emotions of others? Does empathy run in your family? are you able to use your empathy as a means of feeding? Can you shut it off and turn it back on when you need to?

Do you dream? In color? Do you have violent dreams? Are your dreams easily remembered upon waking? Do you find yourself dieing frequently in dreams? Do you have prophetic dreams? Do your dreams frequently appear to be telling you something? Do you have recurring dreams? Are you the main character in your dreams? Do you often dream of others? Do your dreams often have characters that are known to be myths in todays world?

Do you dream walk? Are others aware that you dreamwalk? Does your dreamwalking happen on purpose or do you do it without meaning to? Do you feel as if your dreamwalking causes others problems? Do you use dreamwalking as a means to feeding?

What type of diet are you on? Does your diet consist of high calorie, fat, etc? Do you feel better if you eat healthy? Do you find certain types of food give you more energy? Are these foods high in sugar? Caffine? etc?

Do you exercise often? Do you feel better when you do exercise? Do you consider yourself physically fit?

Are you able to stay out in the sun for more than 3 hours? What type of physical symptoms do you get from overexposure? Nausea? Vomiting? Fatigue? Rash on exposed areas? Burn? Do you use sunscreen? What spf?

Sorry, I've not had time to work on this anymore.. I'll see if I can get some more questions together once I get caught back up. It might help if I knew what all had been already covered... Mert if you have all of this, maybe if we aren't already having a meeting Friday or Saturday, we could get together and get me caught back up, so I'll know where we are and all. Not a formal meeting, but just those who can make it... What do ya think?
