OK, since I'm WAY too lazy to give a definitive list of stones in one, two, or even ten sittings, I'm going to start an alphabetical list of some of my favorite stones to work with. Every time I come to the board, I'll add a stone. If anyone wants to jump in with the next letter, feel free to do so. That should build up the list much faster. Sound like fun? Does to me! I know, I know: I'm such a geek! LOL

Amethyst - This my absolute favorite stone because it's purple and my birthstone! It ranges from lavendar to purple in color and comes in crystal, geode, rolled and polished forms. Amethyst is a spiritual stone. It promotes serenity, meditation, and balance. It has healing energies as well. It can protect against psychic and spiritual attacks. It's good for the 6th chakra/third eye work. It helps heal headaches and promote sleep. It's good for blessing and cleansing spaces. Also associated with the 7th chakra/crown.
