On January 13, the Whippersnappers topic is going to be BDSM Roleplaying, and part of the night is going to involve character interactions in which everyone gets to take part. They are all posted on the Whippersnappers Forum, at:

You can begin claiming them now (a handful have already been claimed). Whoever posts on the forum first that they want a role, gets it. Costuming is certainly recommended, but not required.

Hmm, that's an odd role. The only Caliph I know of has to do with the Islamic religion. They're supposed to be direct descendants of Muhammad and/or holy or something.

Splat are our memberships still good that we purchased about 6 months ago... since there is "2005" on the card? Was under the impression we purchased for the year? Sure we might be on a list somewhere...

Looked into it and got this back from the folks at ws. In short we're cool.

"It should be good for one year from when you bought it. Though the
original cards did say "2005 Membership," we have a list matching card#s to when they were purchased. So if you bought it in August 2005, it will be good until August 2006, etc.

In any case, since we didn't start selling memberships until March, no
one with a card will be denied entrance until then."
