My questions concern ethics and how should ethical concerns be handled within the community. The Black Veil is a commonly accepted standard of ethics for members and certainly leaders within the Nightkind community. How has the perception of this document changed over the years? Is it still valid and valuable? Do we still need a code of ethics? How should we hold those leaders and members that violate them accountable? Some years ago excommunication was an effective way of dealing with them. Is it still necessary with our changing community views on the Veil? Even though I still maintain and uphold the 13 Pillars, I know many who believe they are outdated.

With the growing number of Christians and alternative religions coming into the community, are we as Nightkind embracing them as our brothers and sisters? Do we have that level of tolerance within our communities? Are there positive mentorships for them? I've been on a few forums that want nothing to do with Christian vamps and it leaves them alone and dealing with not only the stigma within their belief structure, but also isolated from a community they want to have kinship with.

These are all the questions I have at the moment. It's still early yet lol.
