Gaining The Power of Life:

Choose something in your life that has made you feel powerful:

Imagine you feel the way you felt at that moment of power.
(Victorious, Gratitude, etc.)

Dwell on the feeling of power and concentrate on the Mana building within you.

When you feel filled with Mana, request of yourself…

“Oh my instinctive, intuitive self… divide this Energy.”

Send the power upward in an act of imagination…

Sending it to The Goddess within as well as upward to the God and Goddess.
