Energy Signatures

An energy signature, or a psychic fingerprint, is an aura, a vibe, or a unique feeling associated with a particular vampire or individual. Everyone has his or her own collection of subtle energies that form this signature, and each is very different from that of another.

While some energy signatures are very strong and call out to you, others may be weak and go unnoticed. These strong energy signatures sometimes are referred to as beacons. A beacon is an awareness of another, like yourself, that you are drawn to for some reason, which you may not notice otherwise. Energy signatures should not be confused with a presence because they are very different. A presence is often defined by emotion. Other times one’s presence is hardwired into that individual’s character, and are, at times, not pleasant.

Vampires usually have strong energy signatures that follow them wherever they may go. The majority of society does not easily pick up these signatures. People may be drawn to certain vampires and never understand why simply because of this signature, especially if they find it soothing or positive in some way. Others may be repelled by it, and say something like, “I just get a bad feeling about this person,” and quickly dismiss it.

If the signature is seen as an aura, it may be described as a color, texture, an intensity of a feeling, sound, or a light frequency. There are many different explanations of reading auras, and what they mean. My best advice is to feel it. Just because an aura is dark does not mean is it bad or evil.

Many times an energy signature will carry a certain emotion with it. Emotional energy signatures are the easiest to recognize. We have all been close to someone who just made us feel happy when we were near them.

Vibrations are often felt as well in certain energy signatures. This is sometimes heard as a distant humming, a low buzz, or even a high vague sounding tone. It is probably the least easiest to recognize because the majority of vampires are not as auditory as they are intuitive.

Weak energy signatures can be strengthened, usually with focus, practice, and meditation. If the signature is stagnant or blocked, you can cleanse your energy and give it a tune up by paying special attention to your energy and/ or having someone to do it for you.

While all energy signatures cannot be felt by everyone you encounter, there are those who are drawn to you and even some who evade you because of it.
