I am curious if anyone knows any specific characteristics or traits of weres.. Or are they the same or similar to vamps? What is the difference really? I don't know but I've heard they are really similar.

Really, "werewolf" is merely another term for a wolf therian, seeing how a physical change like fictional werewolves is impossible.

If I had a dime for everytime I heard a reference to "trueform". Its what some people say about a desire to return to their 'kin form, although I agree that I think in the current state of things, a physical shift is impossible. Although I don't think that a psychic/mental or emotional shift is impossible. I think its very probable too.

I have heard a deutsch term for people who transform into wolf spirits being "lycantrooph", which is likely a rendering of lycanthrope.

I have some kind of link with a wolf spirit, or have a guide that is one.. or something but have not yet fully understood it.

It's really hard to tell what characteristics they always have. Yes, Weres and Vampires do have a similarity, as the same as anyone else does, they have lots of secrets, lots of things to hide away. Yes, they do think it's un-usual secrets, but usual only to themselves and to others like them, as the same as all the Vampires think. It's usual...but un-usual at the same time...it indescrible at times, too-as you can notice, *lol.*
And, yes, usually they do have a link to another spirite-I still know one, and he is linked to a Wolf Spirit also.

It just really depends on whom you pick when you "dine" with. Wink

But I have never met someone whom also who can also eat skin when they bite -and no, that does not count my once-in-a-life-time-biting experience.
But, that would be very interesting to meet someone whom eats skin with a bite...
