WHERE: at the same place as NETHERWORLD but on the other side of the building. Just come to the Haunt, a map will be on the door. The last meeting had a good format so we are repeating it, with some new topics relating to this years show.
TIME: We will do 2 hours of Seminars from 11am till 1PM
4 classes of 30 min each
We will break for lunch - 1-2 PM we will have a cookout (Burgers , Dogs, etc) and drinks. If possible, please bring some goodies for others...post what you will bring and if you are confirmed to this email.
We will then have 4 more classes from 2PM till 4pm. After that we will wrap it up.I am starting to work on the classes but I have planned so far:Clowning, Sliding, Voice Projection, Close up Magic, Make-up Demos, and more. (8 Total) I will post the complete class topics as we get closer.
NOTE: If you plan to participate in the Sliding Class - Wear old pants you don't mind getting torn or dirty. Wear old shoes preferably boots you don't mind getting torn up. I will have a bunch of new knee pads for you to wear, but you will not be wearing steel toes...they are not needed for the short amount of sliding we will do. You will need protective foot wear...tennis shoes with holes or sandals will not work. Don't wear foot wear you love...you will scuff and dirty the boot. Beware you might wipe out! Also please be aware sliding is best for young fit folks with sharp minds…(Gee I don't fit any of these categories!) It is fun but tough... no one should do it that is likely to be injured or has bad legs, or knees.
