Imagine that you are holding yourself in your own Heart.
Imagine the Earth and all her Creatures within your Heart.
Imagine yourself in the Heart of the God and Goddess. |

| centering, awareness of self. I use a similar one where I tune out everything but my heartbeat, and listen to it. |
