I do feel sick myself, I who likes to wear black really anything I see that looks interesting enough I will wear it but it has to look good, I also wouldn't call myself goth if anything I'm sure most wish because I'm pretty hyper active and love to interact. The people interviewed look like they pick anything out that's on the rack that is black, even if that is you're choice if you want someone to take you serious on an interview you should atleast for the time of the interview dress atleast semi nice then maybe the real vampires won't get such a bad review otherwise we all get pointed out as the kids who lost their mind.

Am I the only vampire who doesn't dress all goth? Yeah, most of my shirts are black, but that's because they're Metallica shirts. No one looking at me would think to themselves "I bet she's a vampire" or "I bet she thinks she's a vampire." I've watched a few of these videos posted on youtube. I have to say my general impression is that of the others who've posted on this thread. Seems like a lot of posing and role playing. Maybe not, maybe the people producing the videos actively seek out vampires who dress gothic, but they're not giving a balanced view.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think both Madam-X & Deacon Gray are wearing dark brown in this video and, aside from the ankh pendant, I don't think he looks gothy here.

To tell you the honest truth The real ones you'd know just by their aura or attitude anyone who doesn't push it on others it shouldn't matter what people choose to wear if one can wear white why not wear black. I think they should find a balance and not just go for the goths. And technically the color black isn't the only color for gothic apparel personally the goth look is kind of out done but whatever floats our boat.

I've owned several ankhs, but I've had terrible luck with them. Both pair of silver ankh earrings I had (the studs and the dangles) I lost one of each pair. I bought an ankh ring online that was supposed to be sterling silver, but after 15 minutes of wearing it my skin started turning green, so I know it isn't. The two necklaces I had broke. I'm not supposed to wear an ankh I guess.

Nice to know I'm not the only vampire who doesn't dress all goth or theater style. Blue jeans and a Metallica shirt for me.
