I've got the books of Stephenie Meyer and seen some episodes of True Blood – that i can find here in Belgium. The reason is my girlfriend got me interested in reading them and looking for the show. Before, it was mainly movies and some books like Anne Rice.

The question remains: "how many will take it serious?". Some still see it as entertaining. Only a few seemingly have become aware. Psychology has started to get involved. The truth will take time for everyone to except as real.

I saw the show. It was ok. True Blood is a show that has a lot of sex in it and the Twilight book are for teenagers.

I beg to differ. The Twilight books are really well written and have a classic Jane Austin theme with a vampire. I enjoyed them all. And I am close to 40. Everyone said the Harry Potter books were for teenagers, but thats not the case. But I agree with you about True Blood.

Really you like the Twilight books? I believe you are the first adult I have talked to that likes them and understands them.

Wow I got a few things to say:

1) Why is Tyra always got to act like that?

2) I found most of the guest pretty cool kinda out there but then again so am I.

So I guess I can not say too much. And I did find a lot of it helpful. And it did confirm a lot of things. And yet some new ideas.

3) Basically I was like: "Of all places to have this at. . ." But still hopefully it will educate others. And if Tyra is the place to do it . . . oh well.

Either way, glad you found the videos for this. Been looking for a week for them. So thanks again.

PS. Why do most people have to assume that vampires are crazy? I mean really, it kinda offends me. I mean, I'm sure some (like any one Else) have some mental issues but still'  vampires (like any one Else) can have issues and still be vamps. I mean really, I guess it just angers me when people who do not know much try to say we're all crazy. And this is a symptom of it. When it's not always the case. And so on.

Don was pretty good. Though Sarah came across quite bitchy. And what's up with the needing to protect her children? That's not going on national TV.

Overall I don't think this was helpful.

Yeah, Don didn't make an ass out of himself, he carried himself well and knew when to be quiet. Sarah had many, many opinions that I think she should have just kept to herself as most of them had very little to do with us, and they made her appear extremely self involved. The other woman and her son were a bit stereotypical and melodramatic.

That was painful, but not as bad as I'd feared.

Anyone else notice how they capitalized the "CULT" in vampire culture?

Subtle as a brick to the face.

I think Don handled himself quite well. I heard that Maury is also putting together a show. I hope this is a positive thing and not a negative thing. I am one of those who would rather "stay in the coffin" .People can be so cruel and having this much spotlight make me sort of critical. Maybe wanting to make fun of us or make us look like a bunch of crazy people. How do we create a positive light? How do you make others understand when most of us have trouble making family members or friends understand?I think it is scary having this much attention.
