Both hilarious and sad. If 'leaders' do not act in the best interests of their followers and the community as a whole, they should be shown as they are. Then again, when the catholic church wasn't agreeable, Christians got protestantism. It's a outcome that isnt horrible, but would definitely be a setback to public credibility. Again though, if my understanding of Hinduism is correct, there has never been a unity within the religion, as it was founded from countless tribal religions labeled by westerners as one group, yet Hindu's enjoy respect as one unified group in name.
