I go through something that is sort of like blacking out. It just happens suddenly. Everything goes quiet then it feels as if the world is much slower then it is and I feel heavy and miserable. I don't even know what to call that. It goes away but it still happens every once in a while.
This was happening before my awakening. Of course I could have been awakened before then and not known it.
I can feel its going to happen again very soon. I feel it coming. But I don't know the exact time. I guess you could say its happened so many times I can tell when its  going to happen. But I cannot stop it. Well, I haven't found a way to.
It feels like I am not myself either. Like someone else is in control of my bodies movements. Everytime I would try to move, it would be so slow it would be like I am not moving at all. Well it would feel slow.
It wouldn't be good for me to be like that if someone like tries to attack, mug me, or something along those lines.
Whatever it is I need to find a way to stop these...attacks...or whatever you would like to call them. I am calling them attacks cause it feels like an attack on my body.
I honestly don't think I could do it on my own.  I don't know who to ask, either.

Thanks for listening.

That's pretty strange. Sounds like possession to me. What do ya think, dudes? ::looks to the others::

Could it be a medical issue? I don't want to freak you out, but some seizures can have weird side effects. DON'T FREAK OUT. I'm not a doctor or anything, I'm just saying it might be a medical issue. It is strange, and I experience similar bouts sometimes (milder and different). It might also be hormonal. Look for biological patterns first, since you say you can "feel it coming on". Most spirits don't give off warning signs a day or two in advance.

I get that way sometimes but I take it as a zone out meditative state.Sometimes one can feel as if they are not them or are outside their own body. Do you do anything particular before this happens?

I'm not a doctor, but I think this sounds similar to focal seizures.

its usually when i am alone. And trying to relax. you know, get away. escape anything that is causing negativeness around me. I seem to have better control over it lately. Just not quite enough.

So it does happen in a somewhat meditative state. Ok...then it shouldn't really be anything too bad to worry about I think.

Talk to a doctor, as it very much sounds like a pre-fainting/seizure condition.  Just double check you are healthy before you look at the less mundane.

Does not seem like a possession at all
